Since 1961, the River Road Rescue Squad has provided 9-1-1 ambulance service at the basic life support level to the residents and visitors of Piscataway and surrounding communities.  In 2020 our team began providing service to the greater Middlesex County area. By 2022 our team began servicing much of the State of New Jersey both directly and indirectly with partner providers.

AmbulanceNow has operational roots reaching back to October of 2022 and became the official brand under which this service has operated since September of 2024.  Working directly with ambulance services, municipalities and facilities, we thrive to limit medical facility "nuisance calls" from entering the 9-1-1 system.  This service directly increases patient care through lower wait times at facilities and increased availability of 9-1-1 assets.

MEDLINK is a shared EMS intake and dispatch service operating 24/7/365 in the NYC metro area.  This service is also capable of supporting other services and specialty teams with communications resources not limited by geographical boundary.

Our team of providers stands ready to assist in ensuring that the guests of any size and duration event receive top tier medical care throughout the State of New Jersey.  We can arrange medical standby services from a single first responder to an entire team including physicians.

Our team provides specialty services for water and off-road rescue assignments as well as for inclement weather/disasters as they arise
